Meghan Darr, RDH
Meghan Darr is a registered dental hygienist with over 12 years of experience, including eight years chairside treating patients across Illinois and Missouri using Perio Tray® therapy, and five years as an account manager with Perio Protect®.
She works closely with dental teams to implement tray-based periodontal therapy in everyday practice, helping clinicians improve patient compliance and achieve healthier outcomes through simple, effective solutions. Meghan is passionate about making implementation easy — guiding teams on how to introduce and integrate tray therapy in a way that patients understand and consistently follow.
Her approach emphasizes practical application, clear patient communication, and creating lasting improvements in periodontal health.
Meghan currently resides in Illinois with her husband and their two dogs, a French Bulldog and a Boston Terrier.
Jennifer Seider, RDH
Jennifer Seider is a pioneer in salivary diagnostics and the creator of MicrobeLink Dx®. Since 2005, she has been at the forefront of implementing DNA-PCR technology to identify pathogenic activity in periodontal disease.
Her work focuses on linking oral microbes to systemic health and helping dental professionals better understand the bacterial drivers behind disease. Through MicrobeLink Dx®, she has developed a simple approach to identifying infection at the source — allowing clinicians to move beyond guessing and into more targeted, effective care.
Jennifer is passionate about making complex science simple and helping teams implement tools that improve outcomes without overcomplicating their workflow.
She currently resides in Tennessee with her husband, their Doberman, and their daughter Kennedy, who plays volleyball as a setter for Tennessee Performance Volleyball. Much of their time is spent supporting her on and off the court.
